  • How can I register on vysyalagnam.co.in ?
    To register on vysyalagnam.co.in, submit your Basic Info, verify the OTP, and continue with the remaining steps (Horoscope, Contact, Education, Family, Partner Preferences) to complete your registration. Alternatively, you may create a temporary account by finishing only Basic Info and OTP, then log in later to complete the remaining steps at your convenience.
  • I did my registration, but my profile photo does not show up online ?
    Profile photos appear only after a short manual review for safety and quality; if yours isn’t visible, it may still be pending approval. If it doesn’t show after approval, please contact info@vysyalagnam.co.in or call +91 99452 97888.
  • Can I upload my photograph?
    Yes. You can upload your photograph on the Upload photo page during signup and also after login via Profile → Your Photos. Please ensure you’ve:
    • Uploaded the required two images (one full-length and one half-length).
    • Used clear, recent, appropriate images in supported formats (JPG/JPEG) and within the size limit.

  • How do I upload Horoscope ?
    While signing up, you’ll reach the Horoscope step—upload two clear images: the front and back of your horoscope.
    After you log in, you can add or update these anytime under Profile → Horoscope.
    Heads-up: The Horoscope page isn’t opened directly; it appears in the signup flow or via your profile.
  • Can I edit all my details ?
    Yes, with limits. You can edit most of your profile details anytime from Profile. However, certain core fields (e.g., name, date of birth, gender, MatriID/registered mobile/email) are not directly editable for security and data consistency.   • How does Mutual Matches work?
    After you log in, the Mutual Matches page lists profiles that match the partner preferences you set during registration—and for whom you’re also a match. To see updated results, adjust your preferences in Partner Preferences.
  • Can I shortlist a Profile ?
    Yes, you can ! It's a useful feature to make a note of the interested profiles. You need to be logged in to use the shortlist feature.
  • How do I change my password?
    After you log in , go to ProfileChange Password. Enter your current password, set and confirm your new password, then click Save. For security, you’ll be redirected to the login page; login in again using your new password.
  • What are the benefits of a membership?
    • Contact Access: Free users get limited access; paid plans offer tiered contact views and connect credits based on the package you choose.
    • Messages: Send interests and personalized messages.
    • Direct Connect: Reach matches via phone (where allowed) and in-platform messaging.
